Your best ad is getting tired, and the next one starts as a blank Canva file

You see it in Ads Manager first: frequency creeping up, click-through sliding on the ad that carried last month. The fix is new creative, and new creative means a brief, a designer or a late night in Canva. Agencies want a call and a retainer. Gig sellers and AI apps want a brief you haven't written. We do the research first, then the ads, and you buy it at checkout.

20 ads for a coffee brand, from one research pass

About this sample: Kettlefern Coffee is a demo brand we made to show the whole process, so its product, prices and policies are placeholders. The research is real: live Meta ads and public buyer posts, pulled in October 2026. Your batch uses your product photos, your reviews and only the claims you approve. Tap any ad to see its headline and primary text.

The plain product photo every ad was built from
In: one plain product photo. (For the demo we made this one; you send yours.)
Ad B1 built from that photo
Out: 20 ads that use it as the reference for the product.

Yes, AI draws the scenes, and it redraws the product from your photo, so a person checks every label and claim at full size. In this sample it invented "up to 60% less acid than traditional brands" on one ad; we caught it. If it's off, we redo the ad or paste in your real label. Any ad that shows your product wrong is fixed free, any time.

A. Coffee you don't pay for later Problem aware

The 'low acid coffee' search is full of long-running stomach and reflux story ads (one at 92 days), and a coffee brand has run "Mold, high acidity, and poor sourcing quietly wreck your gut" for 127 days. On Reddit, buyers say coffee is 'killing my tummy'. The pain is proven; almost nobody shows the product next to it.

B. Fresh, not stale Solution aware

One brand runs a whole 'fresh vs. stale' carousel. Two others say they roast fresh or in house (127 and 86 days live), and a third shows its roaster drum (117 days). Showing the roast date beats saying 'fresh'.

C. Low acid, not low flavor Product aware

The question buyers actually type is 'does low-acid coffee taste like the regular stuff?'. Competitors talk about the stomach and skip taste entirely, so this is the least crowded message.

D. Never run out, stay in control Most aware

A roaster has run 'save with a subscription' for 117 days, and another leads with 'pause, skip or adjust anytime'. Subscription fear is about losing control, so show the controls.

E. Find your roast Solution aware

Competitors sell the range with cup flights and line-ups ('a roast for everyone'). A tasting set lowers the risk of picking wrong and doubles as a gift.

How your 20 ads get made

Research

We pull your niche and up to 3 competitors from the Meta Ad Library and sort by how long each ad has run. Then we read your reviews for the phrases customers repeat.

Angles

We pick 5 angles: what the long-running ads prove, and what none of them say. Around day 2 you get the list and can swap one.

Ads and checks

4 ads per angle in 3 sizes, with all copy. A person reads every ad before you get it. In this sample, one render added a claim nobody wrote ("up to 60% less acid than traditional brands"); it was caught and redone.

Where a headline comes from

“Does the low-acid coffee taste like the regular stuff? I'm missing my zing”Public buyer question, r/RedditForGrownups
Ad C2: Does low-acid coffee taste like regular coffee?
Became angle C and 4 ads. For you, this comes from your Judge.me, Yotpo or Amazon reviews.

What happens after you check out

  1. Pay $497 (add the motion pack if you want it). Stripe asks for your store URL, the product to advertise and up to 3 competitors.
  2. Fill in a short intake and upload 3 to 10 product photos. About 10 minutes.
  3. Around day 2 we email your 5 angles. Reply if you want to swap one.
  4. Within 5 days of your intake: a shared folder with 20 ads by angle in 3 sizes, a primary-text sheet and the angle brief PDF.

4 short motion ads from your 2 strongest angles

Stories and Reels want movement. Add the motion pack at checkout and we cut 4 vertical ads, 6 to 15 seconds each, from the two angles we expect to win: slow push-ins, transitions and an end card with your offer.

Shown: 2 of the 4 from the Kettlefern sample. 9:16, made to work with the sound off.

Other niches

Same process, different stores

Two smaller samples, 6 ads each, so you can see it isn't one look pasted onto every product. Both brands are demos; the research behind them is live. It works for any physical product you can photograph on a plain background.

Skincare: a vitamin C serum

Angles: "never too late" for 50+ skin, oxidation you can see, a one-step routine. Cosmetic claims only.

Supplements: an evening magnesium drink

Angles: a wind-down ritual, why the form of magnesium matters, the brain that won't clock out. Structure/function wording only; one ad that names melatonin is flagged for the client to confirm.

Questions

Are these AI ads? Won't they look fake?

AI image tools build the scenes and layouts, using your product photos as the reference for the product. A person reads every ad at full size before you get it: product, label, spelling and claims. If a label comes out wrong, we redo the ad or paste in your real label from the photo. The gallery above is what we deliver after that check.

Who makes these?

Store Audit HQ, a small founder-run studio that also does Shopify store audits. Ad Batch is a new offer, so there are no client results to show yet. That's why the sample above is a demo brand, and why the CTR guarantee exists.

Can't I do this with ChatGPT or an AI ad app?

You can make images. What you're paying for is the part before the first image: which ads in your niche have run longest, what they prove, what nobody says, and what your customers say in their reviews. Then a person checks every claim. In our own sample, the image model invented "up to 60% less acid than traditional brands" on one ad. An app would have shipped it.

Do you copy my competitors' ads?

No. We look at what has run longest to learn which angles and formats work in your niche, and where the gaps are. We never copy an ad, its wording or its images, and never use another brand's logo.

How much ad spend do I need to test 20 ads?

For the guarantee, at least 10 ads need 1,000 impressions each: 10,000 impressions. Multiply your CPM by 10 to get that cost. On a smaller budget, test 2 angles a week (8 ads) instead of all 5 at once, and judge on link click-through rate first.

What if I don't like how they look?

You see and can swap the angles on day 2, before we make the ads. After delivery you get one round of text fixes, and any ad that shows your product wrong is redone free, any time. New concepts or redesigns aren't included; we can quote them.

Why click-through rate, not sales?

Click-through rate is the number your ads control on their own. Sales also depend on your product page, price and offer. If clicks are fine and sales aren't, the leak is usually the page, which is what our $197 store audit finds.

Will Meta approve the ads?

We write to Meta's ad policies and flag anything risky for you to approve (tap the flagged sample ads to see how that looks), but nobody can promise approval. If Meta rejects an ad within 30 days of delivery, we revise it once. Supplements, skincare and other regulated products need you to confirm every claim.

Is there a call?

No. You check out, fill in the intake, and we email you. Questions go to support by email and get a written answer.

We already have a designer.

Then use the batch as your research and angle engine. Run the 20, see which angle wins, and have your designer make more of the winner.

Who owns the ads?

You do, once paid. Use them anywhere, edit them, run them as long as you like.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, until you submit your intake. After research starts it's 50% until delivery. After delivery the CTR guarantee applies instead. Details in the terms.
