Privacy policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what Luxe Concepts LLC, doing business under the trade name (DBA) Store Audit HQ ("Store Audit HQ", "we"), collects when you visit this site or buy a service (the store audit and fix implementation, ad batches and the monthly ad plan, store builds and the care plan), and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name and email (entered at checkout), what you bought, and the details you send on the form right after payment: your store's address, your main goal, your revenue range (optional) and any note you add. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For an ad batch or a store build, the details you enter at checkout or on its intake form (for example the product to advertise, your platform and product count).
- The free store check on our audit page: the store address and the email you type in, the facts the check found on your store's public pages, the date, and which of our ads (if any) brought you. We use them to email you a copy of the result with a sample audit, and one follow-up. Kept up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them (reply "stop" or write to us). The check reads only public pages of the store you name (its home page, public product feed and one product page). To limit abuse we count checks per connection per day using a salted, daily-changing hash of your IP address; the hash is deleted the next day and your IP address itself is never stored. A copy of each check (email, store address) also goes to our form provider so we're notified.
- Your store's public pages: screenshots, page text, speed data and the list of apps visible in your store's code, captured for your audit or build. This is public information about your store, not about your customers.
- What you send us for an ad batch: your intake answers, product photos, logo, brand files, the claims you can make, and (optionally) your Ads Manager export and current best ad.
- What you send us for a store build: the export files you download from your current platform (products, reviews, and customer lists if we agreed to move them), brand files and policy details.
- Store access: if you give us store access for implementation, a build or the care plan, we see what that access allows. We only use it for the agreed work.
- Emails you send us, and whether you open our emails or click links (if our email provider tracks this).
- Site analytics and advertising: on our audit pages we record which steps of the page a visit reached (for example landed, scrolled, saw the price, opened a question, clicked to check out, reached the thank-you page) and which of our ads it came from, using a random ID stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). No name, email or IP address is attached to these counts; we keep only daily totals per ad, and per-visit records are deleted the next day. We also use the Meta pixel to measure visits and purchases from our ads; the pixel sets Meta's own cookies (_fbp, _fbc). We also send Meta the page steps above (for example "saw the price", "started the free check", a lead when you submit the free check) as events with no name, email or store address attached. On our thank-you page we send the purchase to Meta from our server too (Conversions API), with your email and name hashed and the _fbp/_fbc values, so Meta can count it once. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we load neither the Meta pixel nor our own counts. Your browser also keeps the store address and email you typed into the free check, so the checkout and the store form can be prefilled; that stays on your device.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, contact you about it, and handle refunds.
- To send you a small number of follow-up emails about your order and related services (for example a re-audit). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve our checklists and service, using anonymised, aggregated findings.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our email provider (Google (Gmail)), our hosting provider (Netlify), our intake form provider (Netlify Forms), AI and data providers used to produce the work (Anthropic for the AI review and writing, DataForSEO for the speed test, fal.ai for AI image generation and editing of ads), file sharing for deliveries (Google Drive), Netlify (hosting, our forms, the free store check and our page counts), and advertising platforms (Meta) for measurement. Your materials are processed by these tools only to make your deliverables. We don't sell your personal information. We never publish your store's name, pages or results.
How long we keep it
- Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Audit files (screenshots, reports) for up to 24 months so we can run a re-audit and answer questions, then we delete them.
- Ad batch delivery folders stay shared for 90 days after delivery or after a monthly plan ends.
- Store build export files are deleted 90 days after launch.
- You can ask us to delete any of it sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to support@storeaudithq.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK) you may have further rights, which we will honour.
