Terms of service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms cover the services sold at this website by Luxe Concepts LLC, doing business under the trade name (DBA) Store Audit HQ ("Store Audit HQ", "we", "us"). By paying for a service, you ("you", "the client") agree to them. Part A applies to every order. Parts B, C and D add the rules for each service; where a service part is more specific, it applies to that service. Refunds and guarantees for every service are on our refund policy, and personal information is covered by our privacy policy. Questions: support@storeaudithq.com.
- Part A. All services
- Part B. Store Conversion Audit, Fix Implementation and Re-audit
- Part C. Ad Batch, Motion pack and Monthly plan
- Part D. Store Migration, Store Starter, add-ons and Care Plan
Part A. All services
A1. How we make things
We use software to capture pages and data, and AI models (and, for ads, AI image tools) to draft and check work, plus human research, editing and quality checks. A person reviews every deliverable before it is sent. Work can still contain mistakes; if you think something is wrong, reply and we will check and correct it as the service part below describes.
There are no calls and no contract term beyond what you buy.
A2. No guaranteed results
We don't promise any specific conversion rate, revenue, sales, CPA, ROAS, speed score, search ranking or advertising result. Results depend on many things outside our control (traffic, products, prices, offer, budget, targeting, apps, the platforms themselves). Our only guarantees are the ones written in these terms and in our refund policy.
A3. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to manage the store, ad account and materials you submit.
- Content you give us (photos, text, logos, fonts, reviews, product information) must be yours or licensed to you, and lawful to publish. You confirm the product facts, prices and offers you give us are accurate.
- You confirm that any claim we add to your store or ads (guarantees, shipping thresholds, badges, reviews, product claims) is true, and you decide what is published.
- You are responsible for your store's legal compliance (product claims, privacy notices, consumer law, tax collection settings) and for following the rules of the platforms you sell or advertise on. We'll point out anything we notice, but we are not your legal, tax or regulatory advisor.
A4. Store access
We use collaborator or staff access only for the agreed work and remove ourselves (or ask you to remove us) when it is done. We don't change billing, payouts, staff or app purchases. We don't access customer or order data unless the work requires it and you agree. We never ask for your ad account login. Don't send passwords.
A5. Confidentiality and portfolio
- We keep your non-public information private (store data, ad account exports, performance numbers, sales data, unreleased products and anything you mark confidential) and use it only to deliver the service.
- We will not publish your store's name, pages, ads or results, or name you as a client, without your written permission.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated findings and numbers, with no client named or identifiable (for example, "most stores we audit have no free-shipping message on the product page"), to improve and describe our service.
- You agree not to share our research files, templates or reports publicly, other than the deliverables you own.
A6. Payments
Prices are in US dollars, paid up front by card at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. Taxes may be added where required. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; a chargeback cancels your right to use the deliverables of that order.
A7. Liability
The services are provided "as is", except for what these terms promise. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about (for the Monthly plan and the Care Plan: the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales, ad spend, account restrictions or platform actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability, or rights you have under consumer law, that cannot be limited by law.
A8. Ending the service
We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund if no work was delivered) if the product, store or ads would break the law or platform rules, if we can't verify the product is real, or if the client is abusive to our team.
A9. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you paid applies to that order; for subscriptions (Monthly plan, Care Plan), changes apply from your next billing date after we email you. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Disputes go to the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Part B. Store Conversion Audit, Fix Implementation and Re-audit
B1. The services
Store Conversion Audit ($197). We review the public pages of the Shopify store you name on the form right after checkout (home, one collection, one product and the cart, on a phone-sized and a desktop-sized screen), run a mobile speed test, and deliver a PDF report with scores and a ranked list of fixes, plus a short video, normally within 48 hours of you sending that form and the store passing our intake check. If you don't send the form, we email to ask; if we still have no store address 3 days after payment, we refund you in full. The audit is an expert opinion based on what is publicly visible at the time we capture it.
Fix Implementation ($397 when added at audit checkout, or $497 after). We make up to 5 theme and content fixes from your audit, agreed with you, within 7 days of you granting store access. Scope and exclusions are listed on the implementation page. We work on a copy of your theme; you publish it, or approve publishing in writing.
Re-audit ($97). The same audit run again, with a before and after comparison.
B2. How audits are made
We use software to capture your pages and speed data, and AI models to draft and check findings. A person reviews each audit before it is sent. Findings can still contain mistakes; if you think one is wrong, reply and we will check and correct it.
B3. Implementation
For implementation, you give us the access needed for the agreed fixes and keep your own backups. Access is described in our store access guide.
B4. Your report
You may use your report and video for your business, including sharing them with your team, contractors or agency. We keep the rights in our checklists, templates and methods.
B5. Refunds and the 10-Fix Guarantee
See refund policy, Store Conversion Audit.
Part C. Ad Batch, Motion pack and Monthly plan
C1. What you get
Ad Batch ($497, one-time)
- Research of competitor ads in the Meta Ad Library and of your customer reviews.
- 5 angles × 4 variants = 20 static ads, each in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
- A headline, primary text and description for each ad (
primary-text.csv). - An angle brief PDF and research notes (
research/).
Motion pack (+$297, with an Ad Batch)
- 4 short motion ads (6–15 seconds, 9:16) made from the 2 angles we judge strongest from research, or 2 angles you choose.
Monthly plan ($997/month)
- 30 static ads and 4 motion ads per month.
- A monthly winner report made from the Ads Manager export you send us.
- New angles from a fresh competitor scrape each month.
Delivery is a shared Google Drive folder and a zip file. We don't log in to or run your ad account. You upload and run the ads yourself.
C2. Delivery time
- Ad Batch: within 5 days of receiving your completed intake.
- Motion pack: within 7 days of receiving your completed intake.
- Monthly plan: first delivery within 7 days of your completed intake (or of sign-up, if we already have your files), then once per billing month. The winner report needs your export by the date we give you; if it's late, the ads still ship and the report follows.
- "Completed intake" means the form is submitted and we have at least 3 usable photos of your real product (yours, or ones we pulled from your site that you confirmed or didn't object to within 24 hours). The clock pauses while we wait for usable product photos or if your store can't be reached.
- If we miss the delivery date through our own fault by more than 2 days, you may cancel for a full refund of that order.
C3. Angle preview
About 2 days after your intake we email the 5 angles. You may ask to swap any of them within 24 hours. If you don't reply, we go ahead with the angles as sent.
C4. Revisions
- One round of text fixes per batch, requested within 7 days of delivery: typos, wrong product facts, wrong price or offer, or a claim you can't make. Send the ad code and the change. We return fixes within 2 business days.
- Product accuracy: if an ad shows your product wrongly (wrong color, shape, label, packaging), we fix it at any time, at no charge.
- Ad rejections: if Meta rejects an ad within 30 days of delivery, send us the rejection reason and we'll make one revised version of that ad.
- Not included: new angles, new concepts, redesigns, extra sizes, other languages, or changes because your offer or product changed after intake. We can quote these separately.
C5. Ownership and usage rights
- When we deliver and your payment has cleared, you own the final ads (images, motion files and ad text) and may use, edit and run them anywhere, without limit. We assign to you any rights we hold in them.
- Until payment clears (or if a payment is reversed or charged back), you may not use the ads.
- Research files (angle brief, competitor notes) are for your internal use. Screenshots or links to other brands' ads in them belong to those brands and are included for reference only. Don't republish them.
- What we keep: our methods, prompts, templates, scripts and know-how, which we use for other clients. We don't reuse your ads, product photos or brand files for anyone else.
C6. Your materials
- You confirm that everything you upload or point us to (logos, fonts, photos, reviews, product information, existing ads) can be used in advertising, and that the product in the ads is your real product.
- You're responsible for font licenses that cover use in ads.
- You give us permission to use your materials only to make your ads.
- You agree to cover our costs if someone makes a claim against us because of materials you supplied.
C7. Claims and compliance
- You approve every claim before you run an ad. We write from what you tell us and what is on your site and in your reviews, and we flag claims that look risky.
- Regulated niches (supplements, health, beauty, financial products and others): you are responsible for making sure the ads meet the laws and rules where you run them.
- We use competitor ads for format and angle ideas only. We do not copy competitor ads, logos or assets.
- Review quotes in ads come from real reviews of your product. We never invent reviews or testimonials.
C8. Meta approval and performance
- We don't guarantee that Meta (or any platform) will approve any ad. Platforms decide this on their own rules, which change. See C4 for rejected-ad revisions.
- We don't guarantee any results (sales, CPA, ROAS, revenue or other metrics), except the CTR guarantee in C9.
- Winner reports are an analysis of the numbers you send us, using our rules of thumb. They are not a prediction.
C9. The CTR guarantee (Ad Batch only)
"If none of your 20 ads beats your current best ad's click-through rate within 30 days, your next batch is free."
How it works:
- Baseline: the link CTR ("CTR (link click-through rate)" in Ads Manager) of your current best ad, as given in your intake (your highest-CTR ad with at least 1,000 impressions in the 90 days before your order). If you didn't give one, the baseline is your best ad with at least 1,000 impressions in the 30 days before delivery, from your export.
- Window: the 30 days after we deliver.
- What counts: an ad counts only if it ran during the window and reached at least 1,000 impressions. At least 10 of the 20 ads must reach that for a claim to be valid.
- "Beats" means a link CTR strictly higher than the baseline, measured the same way (link CTR, Ads Manager).
- The ads must run as delivered. Our revisions are fine; your own changes to the image or text mean that ad doesn't count.
- How to claim: reply to the day-30 email (or write to support@storeaudithq.com) by 45 days after delivery with your Ads Manager export for the window (Ads tab, CSV, columns: Ad name, Impressions, Link clicks, CTR (link click-through rate)). We check it within 2 business days.
- What you get: one free Ad Batch (20 static ads, same scope as C1, without motion). The free batch does not carry its own guarantee.
- The guarantee is once per client, applies only to the paid Ad Batch, and does not apply to the Motion pack, the Monthly plan or a free batch. If you don't currently run Meta ads, there is no baseline and the guarantee doesn't apply; we tell you this before we start. Ads Meta rejected don't count for or against a claim.
- The guarantee is a free batch, not a cash refund.
C10. AI-assisted production
We make the ads with AI tools (image generation and editing, and language models) plus human research, editing and quality checks. Your real product photos are composited into the ads; we don't generate a fake product. Platforms may label AI-made or AI-edited content, and some places require disclosure. You're responsible for any disclosure required where you run the ads. Your materials are processed by these tools only to make your ads; the providers are listed in our privacy policy.
C11. Monthly plan: billing and cancellation
- Billed monthly in advance on the same date as your first payment, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal link in your emails, or by emailing support@storeaudithq.com. Cancellation takes effect at your next billing date: you won't be charged again, and you still get the deliverables for the month you've paid for.
- Unused ads or motion ads don't roll over to later months.
- We may change the monthly price with 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- We keep your delivery folders shared for 90 days after your plan ends or after a one-time delivery. Download what you want to keep.
C12. Refunds
See refund policy, Ad Batch, Motion pack and Monthly plan.
Part D. Store Migration, Store Starter, add-ons and Care Plan
D1. What you're buying
Store Migration ($997): moving up to 100 products (titles, descriptions, variants, prices, stock, photos, tags) from your current shop to a Shopify store on your account; collections; a theme set up and branded; home, about, FAQ, contact and policy pages; reviews imported into Judge.me where your old platform lets you export them; URL redirects from WooCommerce, Squarespace or Wix; an email signup and welcome emails; our launch checklist; a recorded video handover; and fixes for 14 days after launch.
Store Starter ($497): up to 25 products, theme setup and 4 pages, our launch checklist, video handover and 14 days of fixes. No reviews import.
Add-ons: product copy rewrite ($297), 20 launch ads ($397; the ads follow Part C), care plan ($149/month). Each is described on the sales page at the time you buy.
Not included unless agreed in writing before work starts: custom apps or code, custom theme design from scratch, more products than your package, digital downloads or subscriptions setup, wholesale/B2B setup, translations, paid ads management, photography, and data our access can't reach. Extras are quoted per item; nothing is billed without your yes.
D2. What we need from you
- A Shopify store created on your own Shopify account, and collaborator or staff access for us.
- Your export files from your current platform, downloaded by you from your own account. We don't log into your marketplace account or scrape pages behind a login.
- Brand files, policy details (shipping, returns), and answers to our questions within 2 working days.
D3. Timeline and the 7-day guarantee
The 7 days start on the day we have both store access and your export files. The count pauses while we're waiting on you (an approval, a missing file, an answer, a plan choice, a domain change at your registrar). "Live" means the store accepts orders on your domain or on its myshopify.com address if you choose to wait on the domain.
If the store isn't live within 7 days for reasons on our side, we refund $100 for each extra day, up to the amount you paid for the package. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
D4. "Everything moves over, or we fix it free"
If something that was in your export files and in your package scope is missing or wrong in your new store, tell us within 14 days of launch and we fix it at no cost. Items listed as "can't move" on the sales page (for example marketplace customer emails, marketplace URLs, past orders) are outside this promise.
D5. Ownership
You own your store, your products, content, customer data, theme copy and app accounts. Shopify plan fees, theme purchases and app subscriptions are billed to you by those providers and are yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, scripts, checklists and templates; you get a free, permanent licence to use anything of ours that ends up in your store.
D6. Reviews
We import the reviews your old platform lets you export, with their original ratings and dates. We don't remove or hide reviews because of their rating, don't edit their text, and don't write reviews. You confirm you're allowed to republish them.
D7. Search rankings
We build the store to a conversion checklist and score it before launch. Moving platforms can change how search engines rank your pages for a while; redirects reduce but don't remove that.
D8. Access and your files
We remove our store access (or ask you to remove us) after the 14-day fix window unless you're on the care plan. We keep your files and data confidential and delete export files 90 days after launch.
D9. Care Plan ($149/month)
Theme and app updates, up to 2 hours of changes a month and a monthly mini-audit, as described on the care plan page. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.
D10. Refunds
See refund policy, Store Migration, Store Starter and Care Plan.
