Questions
How do I cancel?
From the billing link in any receipt, or by email. It stops at your next billing date and you keep everything delivered. Delivery folders stay shared for 90 days after the plan ends.
Does the CTR guarantee apply?
The guarantee comes with a one-time Ad Batch. If you want it, start with a batch; if you already had one, we check it on day 30 as usual.
Do you need access to my ad account?
No. You export a CSV each month and send it. We never log in or change your campaigns.
What if I skip the export one month?
We still deliver 30 statics and 4 motion ads, planned from the fresh competitor pull and the previous report. The report just says the month had no data.
Can the price change?
Only with 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
