    You book. We send our proposed top 5 from your audit and a 2-minute guide to give us collaborator access.
  2. Day 1
    You approve access. We duplicate your live theme and take "before" screenshots. You confirm the 5 fixes.
  3. Days 2 to 5
    We build on the copy and send a preview link with before and after screenshots.
  4. Days 6 to 7
    One round of changes, then you publish (or tell us to). We re-test speed and send a summary.

The 7 days start when access is approved. For a week after, we fix anything we caused at no charge.

Safe by design

  • Your live theme is never edited. We work on a copy. Your old theme stays in your library, so going back takes one click.
  • Nothing goes live without you. You see a preview on your own phone first.
  • Only true claims. A guarantee, shipping line or "best seller" badge goes up only if you confirm it's real.
  • Access you control. A collaborator request limited to themes and content, which you approve and can remove any time.
Not included: custom apps, new themes or redesigns, checkout changes, buying paid apps for you, new photos, or a promised conversion rate. If a fix turns out to be impossible in your theme, we swap in the next one on your list, with your OK.

Can I choose which 5 fixes?

Yes. We propose the 5 with the most impact for the effort, and you can swap any of them for others on your audit list.

What if I bought the audit without implementation?

This page is for you: $497 any time after your audit. (It's $397 if added at audit checkout.)

Do I need a developer or a Shopify Plus plan?

No. Everything here works on any Shopify plan with an Online Store 2.0 theme. If your theme is built with a page builder, tell us and we'll check before starting.

Will it break my store?

Changes are made on a copy of your theme, tested on a phone and desktop (add to cart, cart, checkout start) before you see them. If something goes wrong after publishing, switching back to your old theme takes a minute.

What if I'm not happy?

If we haven't started work, we refund in full. Once work has started, we keep going until the 5 agreed fixes are done as described. See our refund policy.
