Refunds and guarantees

Store Conversion Audit ($197)

• Guarantee. Your audit will list at least 10 specific fixes, each pointing at something on your own pages. If it has fewer, or you read it and think it's generic, reply to the delivery email within 14 days and we refund the full amount. You keep the PDF. We don't ask you to prove it.
• A fix that's wrong. Tell us and we check it against your live page and send a corrected PDF.
• Store we can't audit. If your store is password-protected, not on Shopify, closed, or can't be read by our tools (for example a headless storefront), we refund in full before doing the work, or offer a manual review if you prefer.
• Late delivery. If your audit isn't delivered within 5 days of a successful intake check, you can ask for a full refund, even if it arrives later.
• After 14 days, refund requests are at our discretion.

Fix Implementation ($497, or $397 added at checkout)

• Before work starts (before you give us store access): full refund on request.
• After work starts: we finish the agreed fixes as described. If we can't complete an agreed fix and you don't want a replacement fix from your audit, we refund a share of the price for each fix not done (one fifth per fix).
• We don't refund based on conversion or sales results, which we don't promise.

Re-audit ($97)

Same terms as the audit, with the guarantee covering at least 5 specific fixes or changes since your first audit.

Ad Batch, Motion pack and Monthly plan

• Before we start research (before your intake is submitted): full refund on request.
• After research starts and before delivery: 50% refund of the Ad Batch. Motion pack: full refund if motion work hasn't started.
• After delivery: no refund. The CTR guarantee applies instead: if none of your 20 ads beats your current best ad's link click-through rate within 30 days, your next batch of 20 is free (conditions in the terms; a free batch, not a cash refund).
• Late delivery: if we miss the delivery date through our own fault by more than 2 days, you may cancel for a full refund of that order.
• Monthly plan: no refunds for a billing month once that month's work has started. You can cancel any time; it stops at your next billing date (terms, C11).

Store Migration, Store Starter, add-ons and Care Plan

• Before we start importing: full refund on request.
• Over 100 products: if you don't accept our quote for the extra products, full refund.
• After import has started: we refund the part of the work not yet done, at our discretion and in good faith, minus.
• Late launch: if the store isn't live within 7 days for reasons on our side, $100 back for each extra day (terms, D3).
• Everything moves over, or we fix it free (terms, D4). This is a fix, not a refund.
• Care plan: cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. No refunds for part months.
• Add-ons follow their own sales page terms. The 20 launch ads follow the Ad Batch rules above.

How to ask

Reply to any of our emails or write to support@storeaudithq.com with your order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
